From 1979, this classic old Citizen features a screwback stainless steel case with sprung pushers, wearing a light patina; the signed folding-clasp bracelet has been fitted with an extender. The chunky digits, old-timey screen graphics and faceplate styling are starkly vintage. The weekday / AM/PM display becomes a fun 1/10s indicator in the stopwatch mode, and the year in the date display never runs out because the day is set independently (not that you should ever need to check which year it is, but it takes care of February 29th). The front polariser has been replaced on this one.
