Casio W-780
This chunky stainless steel classic sports sprung pushers and 100m water resistance. The well-regarded 549 module, incorporated in many popular models of the time, was released in 1986, and features dual time, a 24h-1s timer, 24h stopwatch, a ‘multi-function’ alarm (which can be set either daily, */d, m/*, or d/m), and an extremely basic memo function; a reminder acting as a “string around your finger” as the manual has it, lol. Since it flashes on and off every second, it’s probably actually quite effective. This example of this model is in great condition, with the cool H-pattern folding clasp bracelet good for a wrist up to 18cm. The feeble incandescent bulb is a good candidate for a LED upgrade. The calendar runs out at the end of 2029, but the year is only visible in the time setting mode, so no downside in setting it to 2002, come 2030.
