Seiko RC4000 PC Datagraph #2

The Seiko RC-4000 was the most technically advanced digital watch available in 1985, and its five-IC PCB graces the title page of this site. With 2kB of storage, this beast could even run code, although even reviving the ability to transfer data to and from its serial port these days is something of a technical obstacle course; probably only a suitable mission for vintage computing enthusiasts. Nevertheless, all that memory can be employed by painstakingly entering memo or schedule information via the buttons. At the very least, its impressive dot matrix LCD is a really nice way to tell the time. Speaking of painstaking efforts, this one has had its front polariser replaced.
